Lorien Encore

My Dad who is 83 years old and is presently in the Sub Acute Rehabilitation at Encore and I am happy to report after 2 weeks he will be coming home this Sunday. The staff there to include all parties involved in my Dads care have been truly amazing, caring and compassionate. My Dad ate well and gained weight back and his mobility to be able to go back home independently. So thank you to everyone including Judy the director for a job well done and for making my Dads stay there more tolerable

My mom was in skilled nursing for several weeks. Emel Hasan consistently performs at a level that defines excellence. She was always keeping my family informed and took great care with her wound vac changings. She provided the highest quality of care and had a great bed side manner. She was so friendly even though she has a large workload. We were exceptionally fortunate to have her take care of my mom. Kendall Jones is compassionate and took great care of the daily care for my mom. She approaches every task from vital signs monitoring and personal hygiene assistance with patience, warmth, and respect while always smiling.

Encore in Turf Valley is a good facility for seniors. The staff is friendly, caring, and attentive to the residents’ needs. As a family member, I truly appreciate how they supported me through every stage of my dad’s care — from rehab to assisted living to skilled care. Sasha guided us through the entire transition process with compassion and understanding, and Kevin in finance made the financial side so much easier. I also love the activities staff, who have helped my father become more social and engaged in activities — something he wasn’t accustomed to before. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring and supportive place for their loved one.

I am overwhelmingly impressed by the staff and facility. The staff, each and every one, addressed the residents personally by their names, with genuine respect. One staff member called my mother’s whole name, birth date and birth year. That for me was true family feeling. 💕💕 The environment was orderly and clean. Applause, applause 👏🏽

Lorien is a tremendous facility with an incredibly kind staffing, especially in regard to their treatment of Residents and their attention to family concerns. Our family member has been a resident at Encore for over 5 Years and we have been very pleased. So thankful for the support and care that she has received from nursing, the administrative staff, and the activities programming team.
