OCEAN VIEW POST ACUTE

As far as care homes go, Ocean View was perhaps the most professional, clean, and well prepared facilities in the area. The staff continually met not only my standards, but also my families when it came to the care of my grandmother following her accident. The PT and OT staff helped not only us navigate the long healing process, but they also helped her gain some of confidence, restore some independence and helped teach her how to adapt to her new life changes. Most important, her nursing staff kept her clean and comfortable throughout her stay. They also kept us well informed and made sure were were up to date on important appointments that were necessary throughout her care. Lastly the staff, across all levels, helped not only make my grandmother feel like she was part of a community, but also helped boost her spirit. Sometimes, all she would talk about was the things she was looking forward to doing throughout the week. The staff often plan activities regularly which allowed residents to have some social life as well as things to look forward to. Though we are glad to have her back home, we are thankful to the staff for caring for her in ways beyond what we would have been capable of at home.

Ocean View Post Acute is such a nice and welcoming community. The place is always clean and organized, and the staff are so kind and caring. You can really feel that they go the extra mile for their residents. Every time I visit, I can see how much love and attention they give. This is the cleanest and nicest facility I have been to compared to facilities I have been as a guest and as a per diem medical worker. I've been to ones that will smell horrid no matter what part of the building, OceanView of Escondido is the opposite. The admins, nursing and clinical staff have been very accommodating and attentive to my mother-in-law. We are lucky to have found them.

This 5-star facility truly lived up to our expectations. Everything was spotless and smelled amazing. The outdoor space is beautiful and perfect for walks. The rehab team was outstanding—so professional and supportive. Staff were always attentive, caring, and went above and beyond. We had a great experience and highly recommend this facility!
