The staff has all been amazing since my mom has been there. Everyone is kind and attentive. Even before my mom was placed there my Husband and I went to check the place out. Nobody expected us to show up, but they were still kind. Caring gave a tour and it just helped us to understand that what we walked into is exactly how the facility is clean professional with an at home field. I want to give an extra special thank you to Brianna. Who is Admissions she was very kind continues to be encouraging always answers the phone and is available and gets things done.. I would recommend this place for anybody looking for somewhere to put their family member whether it be long-term or short term they'll be in a good place with good people
The staff at Keystone Post Acute have been absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, they have shown genuine care, compassion, and understanding toward my father and our entire family. They’ve taken the time to get to know him personally and treat him with kindness and respect. It is clear they truly care about the people they’re helping. We’re deeply grateful for everything they do.
What a blessing! I am so glad I chose to send my mom to this facility. She has been at another facility recently, and it was just plain awful. This facility is older and needs some updating, but the compassion and care my mom has been receiving here is just amazing. The gals up in the front are always welcoming, the administrator visits with patients and interacts with all visitors (Most facilities you know even know who is running the facility, then you see the administrator hiding behind his office door). And let me tell you, Nurse Jessica is the most amazing and kind hearted nurse my mom has ever had.
Keystone Posr Acute is a wonderful place to heal. The staff is amazing notably Erica RN, Michelle LVN, Kelly RN,, Anthony LVN, The CNA staff of Marta, Nisha always have a smile and ready to help. The OT/PT staff with AJ, Sara and Sherry are very skills ans support you as you reach your goals. My mot h er needed rehab and this was the only one I wanted her in. I reached my goals early in part because the staff is dedicated to the residents quality of life. I highly recommend key stone and as an RN myself i know quality when I see it.
What can I say about this facility? My dad was here for over a year. Prior to this he was homeless and neglectful to himself. My dad was a very tough man and was also extremely selfish and hard to deal with. My mom, my sisters, and myself experienced such relief knowing that my dad was going to this facility over a year ago. From day 1 the nursing staff was excellent and very patient with my dad. The admissions rep, Vincent, was extremely welcoming, supportive, and helpful in the transition from acute care to long term care for my dad. Recently there was a huge incident with my dad and it was not the facilities fault it was my father who was of course being difficult. He went to the hospital a couple of times and this facility took my father back provided great end of life care. My father died over a month ago. During this time I came to the facility and was extremely surprised when I seen the admissions rep newly promoted to the Administrator. He sat with me and listened to all of my concerns as well as supported all of us during this time. The social worker was also extremely helpful, kind, and supportive. During our visit I also notice many great improvements in the facility. The leaders are doing a magnificent job! Nursing staff provided us chairs, a drink cart, and a snack cart while we visited with my dad the day he died. I will forever be grateful for this facility. We all feel at peace knowing my dad died in a great place. Thank You for all you did for my dad! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
