DISCRIMINATION!!! UPDATED My mother is in this facility and is down the hall from a 39yo female dialysis resident. I am a 37yo man and on dialysis ONCE A WEEK and they flat out refuse to take me. I am considering filing discrimination charges as I 100% believe this is gender based discrimination. They first claimed they couldnt get me to dialysis , clearly false. Then they claimed I was too young when the dialysis excuse was busted. But the age issue is clearly false too as proven by the 39yo. I believe they assume men my age are predators and will only harass women. That type of gender based discrimination is illegal. I want to come home, I hate being trapped in St Louis. PROVE ME WRONG AND I WILL TAKE THIS DOWN. Let me come home. The owners have numerous deficiencies at nearly all their facilities. And have been fined at many as well. Bet a lawsuit would be pretty easy. And looking to open my own facility so other young disabled adults dont go through this, bet I could win ownership of FNR. Want to try?
This place has been a utter nightmare the past 5 years my grandmother has been a resident. Even after her passing several irreplaceable personal objects have gone missing staff is no help and extremely rude. You think a nursing home would be caring and understanding after the passing of a resident. Absolutely not. We were denied transferring her to a different facility an the administrator Vicky went behind the p.o.a's back to gain full control of grandma's finances to prevent her moving to a nursing home closer to her family. When questioned about missing property by her grieving mother the administrator said she would not have that conversation an hung up immediately when asked for her bosses contact information regarding stolen/missing property.. avoid this place atall costs!!
Had a great experience. Mary P. was absolutely attentive and went above and beyond. Wish more employees were like her!
I have been a resident here for over a year. My main concern is they dont know how to handle a special diet, I am on a gluten free diet and half the time I dont get a neal
Very clean facility with kind and caring staff. They always try to enhance the residents experience and they love their employees!
