Reviews
ATTENTION - do NOT allow your loved one to go there or stay there. All the negative reviews are accurate. Even further, my parent died as a direct result of their care or should I say lack of care! I first hand witnessed so many shady things with them. I was in active ligation with them over the death of my parent, but now they filed chapter 11 bankruptcy and they won't be held accountable for any of their actions! They are allowed to wash their hands and not be accountable of the numerous law suits against them. They are allowed to stay open, re-organize , and continue the same actions as before. Our country and our legislators should not allow this to happen. Be aware, this is happening in many places all over the country!
I’m going to give a 5 star for the excellent front desk job. I didn’t catch her name ,but she was very helpful getting me signed in. I like the setup with the pictures and phone numbers and even the temperature taking. Everything was very nice and smelled very clean. Now for a 2 star review. The room my mil was in was dirty . Paper under the bed ,stained coffee on the table and floor. Not sure when rooms get cleaned but we were there before lunch.
First of all, plenty of well-lit parking. Entry/registration was quick and simple. Every staff member I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. My mother's caregiver seemed quite interested in her comfort and welfare. I was impressed and assured that Mom was receiving excellent care.
I had knowledge of this facility before a loved one became a guest here. In my experience here (in the last month) all staff appear to be concerning and caring. I'm sure they have their "off" days like everyone else in life. My family member who is a guest there, says they feed her well and take very good care of her. I also check with the nursing staff to see and hear their viewpoint as well. Very happy with this facility.
I would not recommend this facility to ANYONE! Nursing was very good except for the unit manager Vanessa and the nurse educator. Therapy was very good but none of that matters when they have a physician write an order that your family member is incompetent so they can takes control of her money. They have almost bankrupt her. I think because her family lived far away. I’m sure the DON was behind all this. Stay far away from this place. Hopefully the attorney general will do his job and close this place down
