I want to leave a positive and warm review for Broadway Manor Care Center. My mother required a short term recovery process following a fall. I selected this facility after an initial meeting with the administration, including Shane and Clark, who were welcoming, genuine, patient and kind. They answered all my questions and made me feel safe and comfortable leaving her in their care. When there was some confusion regarding her care, all the staff, including the physician, went above and beyond to provide her optimal, individual care, with sensitivity and respect for our choices. The physical therapists were effective and patient. Erica, head of food services put all efforts to accommodate her dietary needs. All our religious requirements and requests were respected. The entire process was overall pleasant and personal. I even received a follow up courtesy call from Clark to inquire into my mother’s recovery and we’ll being. Thank you Broadway Manor for navigating my family through a difficult time.

My mother in law started living at the Broadway Manor and is thriving! The staff take care of their patients and communicate well with families. On a recent visit I was pleased to see a guy singing and entertaining everyone during dinner.

I just want to say that my mother is very happy here. The staff are friendly and take good care of her. She is also happy that the food comes to her room hot. My father and I come every other day. I believe family is the best medicine. TT

My grandmother was cared for here at Broadway. The nursing staff took exceptional care of grandma. The rehabilitation provided the best physical and occupational therapies and really encouraged grandma to do the therapies. Grandma really enjoyed the activities program escpecially Bingo. Our family use to drive from Long Beach weekly on Saturdays to have lunch with grandma in the beautifully landscaped courtyard gardens. Thanks again to all the staff for taking such great care of grandma.
