ROSEWOOD CENTER

My dad was here for respite care for 2 weeks, the staff and provider never called his family after he had lost over 10lbs in less than a week. I had to argue with the medical director and provider there, who hadn’t seen him in over a week, about getting him transported home so he could pass away with family by his side. He refused to allow him to be discharged until the next day. We signed out AMA and had to set-up EMS transport . My dad passed the next day at home. If we hadn’t come in, he would have died alone there. They made no attempt to call family. He looked like a completely different person when we arrived. The provider and medial direct was incredibly rude to my family and I. My dad normally lived at home with us, we had to be out of town for a short period of time. I would not recommend this facility to anybody

Rosewood Center is a homey place, with staff that is always ready to answer questions. Should they not know the answer they will try to find out and get back with you. They have been great for my friend and I feel at peace leaving my loved one in their care!

This facility is the best. My sister is living here and couldn't be in a better place. Always clean, she is too and the patients and staff are so friendly and caring. We were there today to visit my sis Bonnie, and for the father's day picnic. We all had a great time. I highly recommend Rosewood Center for your family members.

Very nice facility with home like environment. Dr. Stevens is an absolute wonderful physician. He genuinely cares about people and that's something you don't see much of these days. He goes above and beyond to keep in touch with staff regarding his residents. They are treated with respect and seen individualy, to provide personalized patient centered care. They have some great caring nurses, CNAs, restorative, housekeeping, dietary, activities, laundry staff that treat you like family and stay on top of things. The weekend crew, are without a doubt wonderful staff.

Quick check in process. Once it has your photo it recognizes you and after the first check in goes quickly. Then give you a photo visitor pass. Save staff time and allows them to know who is in the building.
