The watermelon lemonade in reception area was very good. The other time I visited, there was blue raspberry drink available. A nice touch for visitors. As I walked in, I smelled fresh bread baking that is going to be served at lunch. The place is very clean. Everyone is very nice. Moms therapist Timothy is very patient & kind with her. I dropped off some current year large print Readers Digest for others to enjoy. Mom was done reading them. Lindsey at the desk introduced herself & we exchanged pleasantries. There are touches of holiday decor to look at inside & out.
Everyone is so nice and pleasant here, the employees give 100%, and they love their job, you can tell they are all very helpful, the residents get positive care, the activities keep the residents busy, from bingo, musical entertainment, fun activities year round and extra special during the holidays and annual appreciation celebrations, they make the residents feel welcome. It would be awesome if the new ownership would make the Care Facility different levels of care and not just one level!
Both of my parents are currently at Hales Corners, one in skilled nursing and one in rehab. My mom has been there previously in rehab and we have been very happy with the care. They have been treated with kindness care and respect. We as family members are also treated the same.
We’ve been very happy with the care our mother has received since being at Hales Corners Care Center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and cheery, with decorations throughout to celebrate holidays and seasons. We were saddened to hear that the things that made this facility so wonderful have changed since the being under new ownership. Staff cuts resulting in increased patient loads and pay cuts for staff that deserve increased pay for their exemplary care. We pray that the standards held by the previous owners are not being compromised by the new owners.
Front desk gal (sorry don't know her name) is very delightful. Janet nurse very caring and personable.
