Physical therapy is 5 stars! Most of the nurses and aids are good. Sometimes very slow to get bell answered for help in room. Understaffed. Sometimes bell for help is completely ignored. Facility is clean and updated. Food is subpar. Any cold cuts are just cheap “loafs”. You can tell the cheapest food is served. Even artificial flavored jelly for your toast! Activities are good and most of the staff tries hard. Takes along time to get test results. If you are able to walk to the bathroom on your own you will be fine. Ok for a short time and great rehab in physical therapy. Had to be honest.kitchen help is great and I am sure they do the best with the budget they get always willing to substitute. I had a lot of grilled cheese! But for rehab they are great!! Derrick the nurse is awesome!

The staff members are very caring and responsible. My mom had a speedy recovery from the physical therapy sessions. The physical therapist, Mr. Patel treats his patients like his own family members. He is willing to work an extra mile to ensure that they are able to manage their daily routines safely. They routinely have fun events for all the patients, specific gatherings and tea parties regularly. If my mom is not in the mood to attend or partake Natasha personally visits her to ensure she is ok and brings some of the festivities to him

I thought everyone was very nice and helpful. My sister is there for rehab and she’s very sensitive thinking the nurses or aides are going to forget her. And Kelly her aide assured her she would not. She was very helpful 💞

I will never ever recommend this facility. On more than one occasion had no staff to sign out medication and they have ran out of medication. On the weekend patient s are basically on their own. Today my family’s commode hadn’t been emptied in awhile, so I had to do it. The facility constantly smells like a urinal. I would never even allow my dog to stay at this facility. We have brought the issues to staff and have not heard and response. This is not acceptable.
