I am pleased with the Garden Terrace facility, particularly its cleanliness and lack of odors, which were significant factors in my decision. During my visit approximately one week ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Cookie Leuder, the Admissions Director. Her professionalism, knowledge, and warm demeanor were immediately apparent. Unlike a previous facility, Mrs. Leuder efficiently facilitated my mother's admission. Her consistent positive attitude and dedication, as evidenced by her availability during various visiting hours, including late evenings, are commendable. Mrs. Leuder consistently inquires about my mother's well-being and overall experience. I believe her contributions are invaluable to the organization, and I strongly recommend retaining her services. Ps. We need more wonderful people like her. Please keep her. I think she is such a great asset to this facility. Thanks Felicia Crawford 😇
The team at Garden Terrace Center for Alzheimer’s Excellence cared for my dear friend, who was like a sister to me. From the very beginning, I could see the compassion, patience, and dedication in the way they treated her. Living with Alzheimer’s is incredibly challenging, but the staff here provided not only excellent medical care but also kindness and dignity in every interaction. They made sure she was comfortable, safe, and engaged, and they always took the time to communicate with me about her well-being. I felt a sense of peace knowing she was in such capable and caring hands. I am deeply grateful for the support and love they showed her, and for the comfort they gave me during such a difficult journey. Garden Terrace truly lives up to its name as a center of excellence.
Greeted when I entered the door. Quickly checked in, provided a security code and directed to patients' area. After entering a secured area, staff further assisted me with getting to my relative's room. Check out was quick and pleasant.
Reviews are a tool that people can use to make better decisions or to make improvements. When false reviews is given it not going to help anybody. So, please be mindful of others when writing these reviews. When given an outstanding rating, that is saying,” no changes is needed”. In the meantime, everything is the worst. This faculty is the worst. When the patients are in need they take up to 3-4 hours to assist. They are not good with taking care of their patients. It’s about the money. So, please be truthful when rating facilities like this because one day you are someone close to you may have to use them. This place is garbage. I will never recommend Green Terrace for anyone.
I would like to thank the staff at Garden Terrace. Everyone was so helpful with my mom from Mrs London, Mrs Cookie, doctors, nurses,CNA,to the Therapists and the speech Therapist. It's always so clean. They help my mom get better and stronger. I highly recommend Garden Terrace for your loves ones.I wish I could give them more stars.Thank you so much and God bless.
