West Houston just implemented a digital check-in and checkout for visitors. I took 2 minutes the first time to scan my face and entered my info. I thought it was a pain to check in every time. But the system saved my data so next day I just needed to scan my face then my name tag was printed. Very cool! I feel the digital process is a way to go to protect the residents there. It is also a good reminder to visitors on what not to do. Love the new digital check-in and check out.

The staff is so professional, courteous and hard working, from the office manager and administrative assistants to the nurses and the cleaning crew. They take care of my father and the other residents well. They are available for meetings and always answer the phones and return calls. I am grateful to have found this facility.
