PERFECT!! Fabulous customer service! They really care. My 92 year old mother was transferred directly from the hospital and was treated very well. JENNY O assisted us and we are very grateful. JENNY O is very compassionate, professional and kind lady. We called in advance and JENNY was waiting for us with a wheelchair. The rooms are very nice and the grounds are spotless. It is very pleasant. Thank you JENNY O you made a BIG DIFFERENCE! This facility is very reliable. They CARE!
My grandfather, grandmother, and Uncle have all been residents here in the past. During this difficult time of placing our family members here, we were treated with respect, compassion, and honesty. That and along with the outstanding care and concern from all staff members in all departments, I would Highly recommend Marquette County Medical Care Facility.
My mother, Rose Routhier, of Brimley, MI, was a resident at Marquette County Medicaid Facility from January 2018-July 17, 2019 when she passed away. Our family can’t begin to say enough good about the staff and the care Mom received while she lived there. Trying to find a facility she was deserving of proved to be an arduous process. In the end, we chose Marquette County. It was the best decision we could’ve made for Mom. Equally important, during her last hours, she was kept comfortable while her loved ones were offered every convenience to make being bed-side with Mom as comfortable as possible. Like, Mom, we were always treated with respect and empathy. Dementia is a long goodbye mixed with many emotions. Our final farewell was in the quiet of a serenity room where she was surrounded by her 6 children. Thank you to all the staff...especially those who personally took care of Mom. She is whole again...and now sings in heaven... Christina Routhier-Osborn
Both of my husband's grandmothers lived here and the care they received was exceptional, the staff is amazing! It also happens to be a great place to work!
