With an uncertain future, my wife admitted to BSV for therapy after a fall resulting in multiple broken bones. The compassion and professionalism from the entire staff was hands down the best care we could of received. My wife is now home and functioning as before. This, I am certain, could not have been possible without the guidance/knowledge, support, and love shown to my wife. Kudos to BSV for going above and beyond what was expected! They deserve 100 Stars not just 5! Every single person made a tremendous difference in our lives and thank you!

At first, it was good. My loved one got a private room while they waited for a surgery for over 2 months, did physical therapy, and rested. The day of surgery, no problems getting them there but while in surgery, the facility called the family, not to check on the patient, but to see if they were coming back. After they were trying to recover in the hospital while on a vent, the facility called again and proceeded to let us know how much it would cost (somewhere between $300-$400 per day privately)!! When my loved one returned ,(had to stay in the hospital for close to a week), they were moved from the private room to a 2 person room while being told they would hold the room for them! I can say the nurses and the doctor there were great, no problems there, but the administration needs to learn compassion and empathy, quit worrying about the money!

My MIL was there for a month rehabbing from an injury and sepsis. She had to have multiple rounds of IV antibiotics and the staff was very professional, patient, and kind. The therapy team was amazing. When there was a mix up with her insurance the administrator and admissions were on top of it and quickly cleared everything up in a professional and timely manner. When we asked questions we were met with kind smiling faces, and never looked down upon because we didn’t know how all of this worked. Will definitely be recommending the care of brookside to others.

All of the staff took such great care of my mother in-law during her rehab stay. I highly recommend Brookside Village for your loved one.

Not impressed. They agreed to take my mother, who had just had a hip replacement. When we arrived, we were expecting to be in a private room designed for patients in her condition. Instead, she was in a regular nursing home room shared with another patient. The TVs were back-to-back. I'm not sure how one would even be able to hear what they were watching. Mobility in the room was very limited. You could only access the bed on one side. There was one chair in the room, and it was way too low for someone just out of hip surgery. The staff said it was the only room available until we were packing up her belongings to leave. At that point, they said they had another room opening up the next day, but we weren't allowed to view it. A second staff member came up during our conversation to state that the room they said would be available actually had 2 patients residing there. My goal is to place family members in an honest, caring environment, and this was not what was presented. I would not recommend this living facility!
