Complete & utter neglect of a dear friend. Had we not pushed for him to go to the hospital, he wouldn't be here! It's a shame that he was allowed to fall into such bad shape from lack of proper care. By the time he got to the hospital, he had pneumonia, DKEA, respiratory distress and more fractures than he went in with. He's been diabetic for decades and they were not even giving him his insulin. Disgraceful!!!

What a complete disgrace! Honestly, I wouldn’t put your loved one here. My grandmother was there for a little over 6 months before she passed in there and the bull crap this facility put my family through is mind blowing. The nurses don’t care about their patients and it really shows. Everything is just a facade. If you love your family you’ll find somewhere else to take them.

Thank you to the sales and marketing staff of Ashley and Michial for their informative correspondence and tours through Immanuel Living during my visit. The receptionists, dining staff and Todd, in the fitnesses center, as well as the residents whom I met were so welcoming and helpful in answering my questions. We thought this was a top notch facility when we first moved our family member there. We soon found out they are locked down most of the time. The communication is terrible! Way overpriced for the quality of care being given. Messages are not returned. Lack of communication from nurses as to updates or between staff. Very disappointed in the facility. Looking into moving to a different facility.

Have a family member here. First off, my daughter dresses up. She enjoys looking pretty. She's also a minor. One day while visiting a strange man make comments about her. I mean things they wanted to do with her cuz of the fact she's pretty...I called and talked to a nurse. Shelly I think? When I said grown men were advancing towards a 15 year old her response was .. oh well is this the daughter that dresses up? What does that have to do with anything...? Then I am my uncle's POA. They change his meds, he's been falling, NO ONE calls. Even though there is a giant note on his wall asking for a call if anything happens. To blame a child for the perversions of others is gross and inexcusable. I hope Shelly reads this. Shame on you Shelly. My daughter refuses to visit now because of your uneducated, rude, judgemental comments of a CHILD. This place should be reported. They don't notify family, they will judge you without knowing you and I'm second hand embarrassed for Shelly cuz anyone with a brain knows this is not the child's fault . They do this, All while taking your loved ones money. I'm ashamed I left my uncle there. He's not being taken care of and they are awful to a minor child. Who says that... it's my daughter's fault these men make sexual comments about her. How dare you Shelly. I'll never forget you. Or the awful way I was talked to by you. I even called the director and asked for a callback because it was so bad. NOPE. Got ignored there too. They keep ignoring me when something happens to him. This place DESERVES to be investigated. They don't care about their patients. It's obvious. I'll spread this far and wide cuz what they've done is wrong.
