My family cannot say enough great things about this facility. The staff all loved my brother and when he was at end of life, many came in to say good bye to him. Incredible staff.
Caring staff. Everyone I've met at RiverRidge Center is so kind and patient with my family member. The complete staff including all therapists treat patients with respect and a sense of humor. I would recommend this center to anyone needing a rehab facility .
Providers and therapists were kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. Adrianna, PT, did a great job coaxing my family member to engage in things that seemed hard to him. I saw some wins!
I had the pleasure of being at the facility with my mother in her final days on earth. They were kind, compassionate, caring about not only my mother’s needs but the needs of my sister, myself. Death is never easy, emotions can get the best of us all. Emotions got high, it was handled smoothly, with much conversations. I thank all of the employees, staff, hospice workers that assisted in helping my mother transition into death as peacefully as she could. Tina, Ann Marie, Bryan, Kim, a few of the names I remember. I can’t thank you for showing the care you did for my mother. Your job doesn’t go unseen, I thank you All.
The only reason this got two stars instead of one was the nursing and therapy staff. The staff on hand with the patients were wonderful and caring, my mother felt safe and cared for. This place is an absolute atrocity from an administrative perspective. They use disinformation to try to intimidate funds from families while not communicating properly (or at all). I cannot express the hours and aggravation this has caused me from the numerous calls, messages and emails of information/referrals that were sent only to find out that it did not happen. The only way I got things done was when I mentioned reporting these issues and withholding funds.
