As a previous patient there I can say that Pine Point Rehabilitation is a very good place to do your recovery. The place is very clean and the food is plentiful and very good. The employees are very nice and helpful. The night shift is scarce but that is everywhere due to hiring shortages. I would definitely return if I needed to.

Review from our resident Robert Blair Robert Blair- Ive been to two other rehabs by far this ranks number one. this place has a great team. All are very nice and have great personalities. The PT and OT are the best and they all work very well together what a team. only problem I see is the area for PT and OT is way to small. Thank you all for caring

My husband was there for a few months on and off and was neglected horribly. Kitchen help going into his room to yell at him for asking for food . He was unkept and dirty and I'd have to ask to have someone clean him up and shave him often as he was not capable of using his hands . He lost so much weight because he could hold a utensil and no one was helping him eat. He developed pneumonia while there and I argued to get him x-rays and results immediately because he could not breathe and ended up calling the chief of the fire department to speak with them to get him to a hospital so he didn't die there . Hos clothes were stuck to his body ue was so unkept . Myself the er nurse and er doctor cleaned him up in the ER ! Also the woman doing billing who was helping get my husband on long term care ,never disclosed the short term would stop while waiting for long term. He was very confused and people from the office would get to get him to agree to things he had no idea about . Someone submitted false financial information to get him the long term care which once I found out I had canceled as he never went back there again. I'll never forget He would call me crying he wanted to come home he didn't like that place and he didn't even have access to a phone in his room and was left alone without being checked on often . He's since passed away and I'm thankful it was at the hospital where he got the care he deserved . I personally wouldn't put my dog up in that place . They talk a good game but the level of care is lower than I can even describe. And they have the nerve to send a bill for the last 2 weeks he was there being neglected! He left nothing and that bill will never be paid . Don't put your elderly or disabled there if they can't speak for themselves.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My mother’s care here has been absolutely awful. The doctor and NP are the only two people in this building(as rare as that is) that actually care about the patients/residents. I witnessed a CNA yelling at a resident who clearly was mentally impaired for over 10 minutes one day. My mother often doesn’t get medications when she is supposed to, skipping doses and care. Sometimes they give her too many doses which landed her back in the hospital for a week. It often takes an hour or more for call bells to be responded to. Another time another resident fell out of his wheel chair and yelled for help for over 20 minutes and every resident in the wing pressed their call bells, finally, I left my Mom’s room and went to get someone to help him myself. As if all of that wasn’t bad enough, the facility is unclean and everything is sticky. The rooms are not setup for rehabilitation in mind. My mom can’t even get to her own dresser as the room is setup in a way that her walker can’t move around her bed which puts her in danger. I would not ever put my mother back here and you shouldn’t either.

My initial impression was very unorganized. But I've since seen a lot of caring compassionate people taking really good care and following up with my father and I'm very impressed
