Amazing staff, facilities, and food. It is amazing rehab facility and everyone is absolutely wonderful.
Thanks to the staff at shaire Center assisted living. Everyone was very nice and helpful during my family members stay. Ed was a great comfort and showed real christian love to her. All the workers were great but Tina really stood out as exceptional. God Bless
We thought this was going to be the best place for my mom to receive rehab but we were wrong. She had her cloths stolen, her blanket stolen, her jewelry stolen, her roomed searched everyday for unknown reasons and other patients underwear placed in her drawer. Some of the staff were not nice to the paitents. The therapy was not useful for her recovery and they sent her home in a wheelchair still unable to walk. I did discuss all concerns with owner with no recourse. Nothing was paid for that was stolen and no apology was ever offered. I hope if you send your love one there you have someone with them all day and night to assist them. The only blessing out of the entire stay was one nurse name Faye. She is the most understanding and loving person there. My family understands this is a business, but people were there not because they wanted to be, but because they had to be. This was the most stressful time for my mom. I would not recommended this place.
Before l could even get into the facility an employee rifled my carry bag and took every bottle of meds l owned 160 dollars worth. My room was searched every time I went to therapy. The kicker? A big expensive box of items left at the nurses station. Everything in that box was stolen except a few packs of crackers. You have a problem Mr.Haire and it's not the aids doing it. It's higher up. You reputation is circling the drain. I will never come back there as long as l have a brain. The weekend nurse, Andrea was great. The aides were also A+..
Do not allow your loved one to go to the Shaire Center. Their negligence and lack of preparedness allowed my 87 year old Mother to contract Covid-19. Horrible lack of communication- there are a few great people there like Maureen- but the owners have been hidden from view. Please take my advice and look for an alternative to the Shaire Center. Ralph Hawkins.
