My 86 year old mom was here for about 2 weeks for rehab after the hospital. We were very impressed. The entire staff was wonderful - the nurses, rehab people, CNAs, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, administration - everyone! I have visited many nursing homes and this one is really good! The rehab staff got her back on her feet. The administration was very helpful to me as her POA. The kitchen staff was helpful to get her some of her requests. The nurses and CNAs were kind and considerate. The cleaning staff were polite and thorough. I am happy we found The Greens at Viewmont.
I love this place! I'm a resident here and the staff here are very attentive to my care. Lisa the social worker is very wonderful and cares a lot to make sure all residents needs are being met. Erin the administrator is a great boss Lady to this great staff. Arpita, Missy and Daniel are great nurses that care very much for their patients. The whole staff is cheerful and bring a light of sunshine into my life. Definitely recommend this place for rehabilitation and Long term care.
I have witnessed greatness in this facility. The staff works well to meet patient needs and the therapy department has done wonderful things with the residents. The greens also focuses on the community for example they offered free school supplies and hair cuts to children of the community before school started. The team truly cares about the residents, employees, and the community, what else could you ask for.
The staff at greens of Viewmont are great. The entire staff have waited on, cared and shown so much patience to the shell of the person that was my sister in law. She was always clean as well as her bedding and entire room. This is an excellent facility and care and love the people that are entrusted to them. KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE TO OTHERS🥰
My mother stayed at The Greens at Viewmont in Hickory for 8 months, and I am so grateful for the care she received there. She needed constant support to regain her health, something I could not provide at home. From the very beginning, Case Worker Lisa was amazing in helping me navigate the process and made everything much less overwhelming. Nurse Practitioner Mistie and Nurse Lashanda were both wonderful in caring for my mother, ensuring she healed and became healthy again.
I highly recommend The Greens at Viewmont for both rehabilitation and long-term care. The staff truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to support families through what can be a difficult time.
