I was a patient here back in January and stayed until April, it was very enjoyable due to the fact that Alejandra the cna was wonderful, then I had to be back in October for rehabilitation and because this is a wonderful place, I had hopes Alejandra was still employed I got lucky to have her again, overall staff is great I’ve had the best nurses taking care of me. This is a fantastic place and has helped me in my recovery a lot. One out five and five being the best I give it a 5!

Raquel is my mom’s nurse, she is a wonderful nurse. I sleep well at night because I know my mom will be taking care of. Every time I visit my mom, which is often each week Raquel has my mom in great condition, she very attentive, knowledgeable and she anticipates my mom needs. She treats my mom like family. I wish every patient in a nursing home had a nurse like Raquel.

I’m currently a resident at Marlora. Overall, my experience has been very beneficial, assisting me in overcoming a series of problems that had led to several serious falls with varying injuries. In the Physical Therapy Department, Christine and Lizzy are extremely helpful in shaping and implementing a plan to reduce my frequency of falling. Of a more practical and frequent interaction are the Certified Nursing Assistants; Alejandra and Dennise. Charged with establishing and maintaining the daily routine, their friendliness and insightfulness are making the PT routines work more effectively. The facility is kept clean and well maintained. Necessary supplies, materials and equipment are available in adequate supply. The facility accommodates a wide range of residents with wide ranging physical, mental and communication abilities. At times, facility management takes a “one size fits all” approach to directing facility residents and staff. Increased communication between the staff and residents are working towards improving this area. All in all, this facility is recommended.
