I can't say enough good things about Sunset Villa Post Acute and the incredible care they provided for my father, who has severe dementia. From the moment he arrived, I felt a sense of peace knowing he was in such capable and compassionate hands. Sarah Alaniz and her team went above and beyond every single day. Sarah truly understood my dad—his needs, his moods, and how to keep him not only comfortable but genuinely happy. It meant the world to me to see him engaged in activities, smiling, and feeling a sense of purpose even as he faced such a difficult condition. The staff made sure he was always busy, entertained, and well cared for. The level of hospitality, attentiveness, and personal connection was something I’ll never forget. Knowing he was in such great hands gave our family so much comfort during a challenging time. I wholeheartedly recommend Sunset Villa Post Acute to any family looking for exceptional dementia care. Thank you, Sarah and the entire team, for treating my dad like family.

Most days are good depending on nurses on duty. They definitely try but mom’s favorite is Fabian Saenz. He is always there to make sure she is comfortable and to make sure all is good. He goes above and beyond. When he is there mom feels like she is in good hands. All in all everyone has been pretty good 😊
