Reviews
This place reminds me of a prison and the staff acts just like wardens. I have only been there twice and both times there has been issues. I feel sorry for their residents...
This place is absolutely the worst place I could imagine. (1) There are roaches. (2) the staff are generally rude. My first time visiting, it was reminiscent of a jail cell & waiting for court. My brother had a maggot in his wound last night and more this morning. This place is drab, dreary, dangerous, and disrespectful. A BAD place to go to die. Were I a staff member, I feel that I could do something to straighten things up but I will just find the right person in authority and suggest a visit.
Roaches and rats found inside of my brothers room. Staff is unprofessional and disrespectful. The director of nursing Robert is incompetent with a horrible and dismissive attitude towards his job and does not care about the patients or the type of care the patients receive. Director of nursing allowed my brother to be verbally abused by his staff (who continues to work at the facility), which caused my brother to develop anxiety. Witnessed staff while parking on the side street smoking weed while on the clock. Robert is well aware and continues to allow the staff to work under the influence. This place needs to be shut down.
Please disregard the previous review made by the user "Undeniable Production". This review has been produced and posted by a former employee. We've conducted an investigation on this review posted by "Undeniable Production" and have found all the information described to be false, inaccurate, and defamatory. It has been reported for removal as it primarily focuses on the defamation of the facility's standards as well as the nurse depicted in the review. The staff strive for the best care and compassion of the residents in the facility at all times. The events described by the author "Undeniable Production" have never occurred on facility grounds by any means.
Every staff member I have spoken to is so willing to help in any way they can. One of the nurses even took it upon herself to purchase items for my uncle who was in desperate need of pajamas, socks and slippers. Most of the residents are on the last part of their journey here, and likely with not much monetary or material worth, but the staff treats them with respect and compassion.
