My boyfriend had a stroke and was taken there for rehab this place needs shut down. When we arrive the room was not set up it was filthy the whole place smelled of urine and feces no working TV The call light was trapped underneath the bed around the bed frame after we was settled no one would answer his call light All the aids and nurses there act like they hate their jobs. He laid in his own feces for 2 to 3 hours he called me and I went out there and changed him myself which I've had to do several times.he was there for a little over a week and we had him moved to a different facility this place is terrible it's so sad to watch so many people getting neglected. This place isn't fit for a dog let alone a human. I can't even give this place one star.
I have never encountered a facility as concerning as Lyndon Crossing Nursing Home. My grandmother stayed here for just one week, and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. During that time, she was not bathed or changed regularly—we had to go in ourselves to clean her and change her diaper because she was developing a rash from being neglected. The facility was unsanitary and clearly not maintained to an acceptable standard. It is beyond me how this place is still allowed to operate. If you care about your loved ones, I urge you to look elsewhere. Do not send them here—not even for short-term physical therapy after surgery, which is what we unfortunately did. Thankfully, we brought her back home and resumed care ourselves. Please reconsider if you’re thinking about this place for someone you love.
This Community is so diverse and vibrant! There have been so many changes and I can’t wait to see how amazing it is later as things keep getting better and better. It is so nice that the facility is agency free and has so many staff members who really care! The memory care has my heart and it is so reassuring as someone who had family with dementia in a facility to see them cared for so well.
New management; new leadership. Great team, caring staff. Activities and Dietary teams are awesome!
