RegalCare cared for my mom in her last days as the last 5 days I could no longer provide the level of care that she needed in my home. Literally from the moment of contact that I made with Nathan in admissions, I felt an extreme sense of support during this time. Nathan stayed at work for over two hours when he was supposed to be off his shift. He waited for me until I got out of work to meet with him and check out their facility. I explained that I would like the most peaceful room for her. Not only was the room peaceful, they gave her the biggest room that they had available. The entire staff of nurses that cared for my mom were all so caring & kind. I’m Very Grateful that my mom had such a peaceful passing. I’m grateful I was able to spend as much time with my mom in such a peaceful environment. As a result of each staff support, kindness, and caring ways, I have gifted them something for their facility. Literally, the only reason that I’m only giving four stars is that furniture and interior is quite a bit outdated. If I was rich, I would offer to redecorate & redo each of the rooms & provide new furniture & updated nursing stations. Regardless of the outdated furniture and decor, If you take the time to look past that, know that you are in great care at RegalCare!
Goodmorning 🙂 Alice has already made my morning 🌄 Her infectious smile and caring for me are awesome 👌 She has brightened my day already, and She always does. She is an incredible person and nurse.. She seriously needs a raise!!! Without her here, I'm not sure this place would be tolerable. She exceeds all expectations and knows all the patients/residents' needs. She really is caring and always makes my mornings tolerable. It's not easy for us to be here..away from our families..for me. My brothers, my mom and my son. I miss them much..I am trying to find a better place for me to go, but unfortunately, because I live in NH, there really is nowhere else to go. So, while I'm here, it's nice to have someone who cares and smiles and laughs and keeps my spirits alive. I've had a tough time, and I'm not the nicest person at times, but it's all reactive... I don't belong here. I've superseded my needs. It's a stepping stone, and I hope to leave here soon, but as long as I'm here, it's nice to have someone like Alice who helps to keep my spirits up. So thank you so much, Alice ❤️ A lot of the staff are also sweet and caring, but some of them are clearly just here for their paychecks...so I hope they're paid well!!
My mom seems much happier than before. She loves most of the staff. Glad they moved her to a better ro when I asked They're very accommodating and on top of her care So far. Thank you especially to Kevon
My uncle is at Willow and I am very happy with his care! There is very little he can do for himself and the staff are very attentive to his needs. I know he is safe and well cared for. They are always available to discuss any changing needs he has, and have been very good at meeting him where he is at. Moving my Uncle to Willow Manor has been a very good experience for us!
My father has been a resident at Willow Manor for several years now. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 and the risk for our older members of the community we're not able to go inside and visit. This breaks my heart. Previously I'd bring all 7 of my children to visit and every staff member would greet them, the other residents got to know us as well and were so happy for us to stop in weekly. My father would enjoy some different daily food choices, but I'm able to (still, with C-19) drop off his favorites to keep in his room. I used to be able to pick him up and take him out, or even for walks around the neighborhood. The numbers are just too high now in this area to do so safely. While visiting during Covid-19 the visits are outside when nice, under an umbrella for shade. Now that it's cooler the staff has worked so hard to set up a safe, warm place for us to continue seeing our loved ones. The one down side of Willow Manor would be that it's a bit outdated, that doesn't take away from the care and concern shown toward residents. Thank you, for helping my father when I can't!
