Staff is very knowledgeable, attention, friends and courteous. Have some challenging situations, but we're addressed in timely manner. Go out of their way to address issues. Villa Crest is very clean. Temperature is comfortable. They need to stay on top of returning residents' clothes after being washed and labelled in a more timely fashion 9verall, highly recommend

I have a friend who originally came to Villa Crest for rehab after a fall. Now he is a full time resident and the experience has been great. The facility is small so all of the residents get personal attention and the staff seems very experienced and caring. I can always find someone if something is needed and the staff is in and out of rooms often so any care that is needed is given promptly. Most nursing facilities have unpleasant smells but Villa Crest is probably the cleanest, best smelling nursing facility that I have ever visited. The experience overall has been fantastic and I highly recommend Villa Crest.

Staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful even though they appeared extremely busy tending to residents and visitors. I have been there many times to visit people who are either residents or are in rehab. I would highly recommend their services.

Rosie and her team in the Special Care Unit are amazing. She treats each resident as if they were a member of her own family. My mother has been a resident of the special care unit since late November. She is so well cared for amd content thanks to Rosie and her team. I have piece of mind knowing my mom is in such good hands.

Most unprofessional and incompetent staff. They DO NOT care about your loved one, all they want is your money. The administrator Nathan told me to get my parents out of there and that he didn’t want them there. My father was extremely ill and the nurse said his vitals were fine. Myself being a nurse, had him sent to the hospital anyways, when he arrived at the hospital he had a 103 fever. His infection was so bad, I’d he waited the night he wouldn’t have survived. The nursing staff isn’t even able to take a temperature accurately. If you truly care about your loved one, I advise you stay FAR AWAY from Villa Crest.
