TERRIBLE place. My grandpa was here for a week and the women nurses here are not taking care of the patients. My mother brought clothes for my grandpa because they had him in just the gown and a women’s tshirt. The next day the clothes were gone and they were never put ON my grandfather. My mother asked the nurses to clean his mouth out multiple times and they never did it. He developed pneumonia for the 2nd time and sepsis now and is fighting for his life in the ICU. People rolling around the hallways screaming and moaning for help and a sandwich. People in beds don’t walk and talk or move around, they just lay in bed.
Time there (3 1/2 mos) with limited mobility & mild dementia which the staff worked giving him the best possible care with great results! Mike K. moved to Harvest after over a year at another facility with very little change during that time. Everyone from administration to all the staff work hard for the residents (& families) who seem to be in a very positive environment. Hope your family member could be here for the great care! Thank you Harvest Crossing!
I spent 2 weeks at Harvest Crossing and was extremely satisfied with the nursing staff the team that comes in and cleans up people and that kind of stuff they were all very very kind considered it friendly. When I was my shower time they came took me my shampoo let me shower clean up gave me some towel and blanket to dry off on took me back to my room. Their physical therapy was good they got me up and going. My compliments to the staff
This place is a very caring place. In all, I spent 3 months there. If need be I would choose to rehab there again. There considerate of your modesty. And explane everything before doing. Very professional. They made me feel like I mattered.
My brother's care was excellent. The staff was caring and kept us informed at all times. During our time dealing with Harvest Crossing, a new phone system was adopted which made communications easier. I am so grateful for their wonderful care and concern for my brother.
