I visit many facilities in the area and always appreciate my visits at Menomonee Falls Health Services. The administrator Kari and SW Madeline are amazing to work with and they go above and beyond for the community. Their dedication does not go unnoticed. The nurses are compassionate and you can tell they prioritize great patient care. Very welcoming care facility!
I have a unique perspective concerning MFHS. My Mom has been a resident here for almost three years, and she really loves it. I would visit her every week, and I was pleased with the care she was receiving. Then, in March, I had a serious health issue, and spent over two weeks in the ICU. When I was told that I needed therapy to help me fully recover, I knew exactly where to go. Everyone from management, nurses, CNA’s, activities director, social services director, and therapy have all been amazing. I have decided that it is best for me to stay here permanently and I know both my mom and I are in good hands.
My brother-in-law lived here for just over a year before passing away last month. The staff here were so very kind to him. Malika, the social development director, took the time to develop some activities around his love for the US Air Force and all things Volkswagen! Shout outs to the PT department for keeping a close watch on his lymphedema, Mary for keeping his appointments at the VA scheduled with transportation vans, Deb the office manager for keeping track of his spending money, and all the nurses, aides, kitchen and cleaning staff for the tremendous work you do! Also a thank you to Maddy, the social worker, whose kindness extended not only to my family member but to me as I navigated the difficult decisions of his care. Again, thank you to all. My only recommendation would be for all department phones to be set up with voice mail. Karen B.
We enjoyed our visits to this clean facility with a most friendly staff and their residents. We have been able to bring our toy poodle puppy, Beau, in for visits and he enjoys the staff and residents as well. We are so encouraged by the personal interest the staff takes in their residents.
I travel daily throughout the state as as a medical equipment technician, so I see many facilities, as a nurse I’ve also worked in a number of facilities. This facility feels different from the moment you walk in. First, it is IMMACULATE! From the common areas to resident quarters are so clean you can eat off the floors. The care staff is very warm and attentive to the patients, which is rare, down to the executive director; this gentleman is definitely knowledgeable on how to run and keep a facility. Look no further if you or a family member needs one on one care, you will fall in love with this facility.
