The majority of the people went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure that my wife was well taken care of you. You do not see this type of service every day at many if not most facilities. The fact that the nurses, most of them, day or night as well as the CNAs day or night work tirelessly to ensure that my wife was attended to as well as other patients here at Pruitt in Union County. A special thanks to Renee Cook (CNA), and Angie (RN) as well as Rose and Jeronica (sp?) job well done job. We're so happy to have each of you on the team. Thank you Pruitt Rehabilitation Facility Union for taking us in as family.

My mom was in short term care here, and although insurance terminated her duration early most of the staff was stellar. Kristen Cook, Angell, and Roni were the MVPs for CNAs. They constantly checked in on my mom and visiting family members. Kristen Renee Cook even came to visit my mom when she wasn't assigned her room because that's how much she cared. She took the time to train me and my dad on how to do at home care before we were discharged to ease any anxiety we were having. Ange, Rose, and Jeronica were the best nurses for my mom as well. They constantly communicated what medicine they were giving her, explained why they were doing any adjustments to her, and also checked on visiting family members in the room.This place is modern and very considerate of their patients. I would recommend Pruitt for sure.

My wife was admitted for physical therapy. Not much in ways of therapy and all but one session was group session. I’ve had physical therapy and never was it group. The time allotted was 45 minute sessions which hardly had an actual 45 minutes been completed. As for patient care, the facility is very understaffed especially with actual registered nurses. Often it took hours to receive prescribed medication. Her first night she was left in her bed in urine for over 3 hours before someone came to help her. In our experience this place needs a complete overhaul starting at the front desk through nursing onto cafeteria and finally custodial services. Please do not place your loved ones here. It was a terrible mistake on our part.

I would not recommend this facility. They use trickery and lies to manipulate vulnerable residents, even going so far as to pressure someone into signing over their Social Security check. What’s even more disturbing is that the director, Ty, is directly involved in these unethical practices. When I tried to voice my concerns, Ty hung up on me — showing just how unprofessional and dismissive the administration is. Families trust a skilled nursing facility to provide compassionate care and protect their loved ones — not to exploit them financially. Please think very carefully before placing someone here.

I was a short term patient there for about two weeks for therapy rehab. The therapist I worked with were Terrific. The three I had the pleasure to work with were, Tiffany. Angie and Julie. They were kind, caring and gave me the encouragement to work hard and got me back on my feet, I really appreciate them. I did have quiet a few nurses that took great care of me and the one who stood out, alway had a smile of her face was Daisy. The CNA's were great too and took very good care of me. There is one CNA that stood out from the others, and her name is Indre. She was VERY polite and deserves 5 ☆☆☆☆☆!!!. Overall, if im ever in need of therapy or other services offered by Pruitt Health In Monroe N.C. I will return there..
