Reviews
I wouldn't put any star, but I have to put something for a review. There are just 3 or 4 staff there that care about the residents there. Unfortunately, they can't work 24 hour shifts. I gave them grace for the first couple of weeks, but after that, they should know the resident well enough to take care of their needs. And, my mom will have been there for almost a full month (just shy 6 days), and she never received a shower; not even a bed bath! Do not waste your time with this facility. They never listen to you.
Columbia Crest staff are very helpful. Very attentive. Nice to see new leadership in the building.
I was only there for around 30 minutes at this visit but, the place looked clean and the workers were very helpful and sweet to myself and my two children. This also isn't the first time my father has been here and when we found out that my father was going to a care facility we were grateful he was sent here again. Thank you for being so caring to the people that are stay there and the family members that come.
This place is not the worst in the valley but it was certainly not the best. The attitude and lack of care is disheartening. When your loved ones are at the facility where basic needs should be met that should leave family to come and do the visiting but instead you find yourself doing bed changes, feedings, bathing and dressing otherwise it doesn't get done. My 107 year old Great Grandmother was in the same adult diaper for three days before it was changed. God forbid you ask for fresh water. Completely totally not satisfied.
It’s a great place clean and easy to get around and the food is great
