NORRITON SQUARE NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER

The receptionist was awesome!! She made sure we entered the information correctly, gave us great instructions to enter and leave. The receptionist on the 3rd floor went out of her way to mother and I. We were visiting a patient and she noticed that I had a cane so she wheeled the patient into the big room so my mother; who is elderly and I could sit down. They both made us feel really welcome!!! 😊

Thank you so much for all Norriton square nursing and rehabilitation team , they all worked very hard to give excellent care to my son, the therapy team are very friendly and supportive, the nurses are very helpful, the receptionist and the administraton team are extremely supportive. Social workers and admission are very supportive , Thanks again for all your hard work.l wish I could give more than FIVE STARS.

Horrible experience, had my wife dropped off for a week, she has Alzheimer’s, long short story she came back with water in her lungs, over medicated and horrible rashes on her bottom, (lack of diaper change). For what I see it was never changed I would not recommend this place.

VERY CLEAN, Ccommunicative, Mom is happy and she’s motivated to do her rehabilitation❣️There’s the Nice Staff, Good food, Awesome Activities Moms Room :has a Great View, own shower in a huge bathroom and her own room is like home❣️

If you’re thinking about where to place your loved one, I highly recommend Norriton Square. I was just recently discharged from short term rehab. My 5 stars aren’t enough for the excellent care I received. A majority of the CNA’s that cared for me cannot be thanked enough. Amanda, Sharon, Kerry K, Ieshia, Dellie, Wally, Mary were exceptional. I will miss all of you so much. I wish I had a chance to see all of you before I left! The nursing staff, Michelle, Suni, Sue, and any names I forgot, were great! I appreciate the care provided! Let’s not forget Kathy, who helped with orders, transport, and bringing my Wawa coffee up to me from DoorDash quite a few times!!! She’s awesome! The amazing NP, Jackie! She is phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable, she listened to my concerns and addressed them. Her passion for what she does shows. That’s rare these days in the medical field. My PT’s- Dottie, Stacey, Mike, etc- helped me walk again. Help build strength and endurance. They worked hard with me and I appreciate it all. My favorite OT- Maggie. I don’t even know where to start with her. She worked with me for the 5 weeks I was there, 5 days a week. She helped me get through a difficult time. She believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. She is a rare gem and is a great asset in this industry. She’s nothing short of amazing. I will truly miss her! Teresa is the social worker and was extremely helpful and my calm in this storm. She calmed my anxiety and helped me see the bigger picture after discharge!
