Ive been here since late Friday night. I was greeted by staff who took care of me. Therapy worked to accommodate my needs. I have 2 broken wrists so need hirise walker. They quickly developed a work around. The staff has helped me maintain some dignity and has shown compassion. At my vulnerable moments they have been understanding and taking good care of me. Ive been here 3 days so far and am pleased with care I've received.
During my short stay here staff members have been very friendly! Became good friends with Dietary Victor. Therapy is excellent, hands on and patient with me. If there was anything I needed help with staff would assist me or find me a resource. Thank you!
My dad was dumped in here by a relative who thought they were doing something great! I call talk to his nurse. Um, she knew nothing about his condition and why he was there (malignant neoplasm of the mouth), no idea what his treatment plan was, and I would ask my dad what are they doing for you? Are you receiving treatment? Are they managing your pain? He could hardly talk and he was being given 5/325 norcos the pills. And that was it until he passed away from a “heart attack” 2 weeks after being admitted. I became a medical professional for a reason. Places like this. When you are sick and confused, you have no idea what in the world is going on I have no words. Old Heartland of Oregon. Still can’t get it right.
I was there a 3 years ago call h pylori off a shower chair had to pay my ex-wife $50 a week to come and help me shower she got the pictures had aid named lejeune who new who stole my brand new jeans and $80 cash spent 5 months there trying to get help couldn't get it, another friend of mine left there went to Cleveland he died a week later because of neglect they were supposed to put cream on his feet and legs they were black and blue when he left there they were black and blue when he left there they never did he'd been there 2 years sushi it's not a good place to send your family members if you look around Ohio they're all like that anymore it's MedicaidMedicare scams but then again that's the way of these nursing homes they can't keep help . these facilities do not have enough help in them there wasn't even a doctor that didn't even come no physical therapy nothing this place one little nurse tried to run the whole place it doesn't happen like that that's ungodly then they write me up for leaving that, for no help to help me that was sad wrote me up for leaving when they didn't even offer me anything the food's nasty The Hepe was no good but they want to write you up because you walk away from them it was a good location I wanted to stay but there was no help but that's the way these nursing homes are run today I believe the state should step in and ever all access to them anytime they want to do an investigation let him walk through the door without notice the state should be able to walk through that door without calling first to check on the people
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My mother in law is currently in ICU fighting for her life due to this facilities neglect! She left with severe infections with made her septic. She also ended up with Pneumonia and jaundice. They billed her insurance for services that were not provided. I WILL BE BRINGING ATTENTION TO THIS FACILITY! PEOPLE ARE DYING DUE TO THE NEGLECT OF THIS PLACE!
