I stayed at Villa at Silverbell for two and a half weeks, and honestly, I had one of the best experiences I could have imagined—especially while learning to walk again. The staff, including the doctors and administrative team, were all incredibly kind and supportive. I truly have no complaints. One thing that really stood out to me was how well they handled personal care. I wore a brief—also called a diaper—the entire time I was there, and they did a phenomenal job of keeping me clean. I never had to sit in my own bodily fluids for hours, which unfortunately can happen in other rehab facilities. They were quick to respond, respectful, and made sure I was taken care of with dignity. They never made me feel embarrassed or ashamed—this is what they do every day, and they treated me with compassion and professionalism every step of the way. Even when the food wasn’t to my liking, they happily provided something else so I’d still have a full meal. They offered games, weekly community events, and brought around puzzles and coloring pages so there was always something to do during downtime. At first, I was hesitant because of the reviews I read, but my experience was the total opposite—in the best way. I don’t know if there’s a new team in place, but whoever is working there now is absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed my stay so much that I was genuinely sad when it was time to leave. -Jamie

I will give credit to the physical therapy staff! Other than that, your food is horrible, most of the nurses don't care! I saw people sitting in the same clothes for a solid week! I could go on and on! Do not work in a nursing home if you aren't going to be nice to the residents! It's not a work place, it's there home!

These people absolutely would not give my daughter her IV medication that she was supposed to get the whole time they had her meds on site she was there for a whole day before she had to leave to go check in To another hospital to get treated appropriately these people that work here are reckless and carelss and do not care about the patients

My husband was a resident at the Villa at Silverbell Estates. He needed to be there as his Lewy Body Dementia began to progress as the disease always does. The Villa was the perfect place for him. The staff is amazing. They are kind, compassionate and put the residents first. The staff seem to keep in mind that their residents have good days and not so good days. They love when a resident enjoys a good day. They are patient and understanding when it's not a good day. If you are looking for a home like place for your loved one to be cared for, the Villa at Silverbell Estate may definitely be that place.

If I could give minus 100 stars I would! Do NOT leave your elderly parent at this place for rehab. She was transported from McLaren, put in a bed and left there without being checked on. It's dirty, paint peeling off the walls. I would post pictures if I could.
