You guys are really good and you're sweet you're kind you're respectful... You truly care and you take a lot of crap from these people that are clients it's sad to see old people losing it... However you guys are always calm cool and collective Thank you for caring for my Mom

First of all have to say the CNA's ,are amazing!!! They also had a travel nurse that was amazing!! They took very good care of my Mom. A few things made me not give a five star. One they need more PT's and equipment. They do their best but need more help. The Admin the other. They are nice but dropped the ball on my loves one. With appointments, rides, and discharge. My in home support never came through. Among other things. If you send anyone here. Make sure to be on the admin triple to make sure it's getting done. You will have to advocate more on that end than with the CNA's. The admin needs to mend their disconnect among each other to get things done.

Nice small sized nursing care facility. Staff is friendly and caring, and treat patients with respect. Handled the emergency transfer of my grandmother from Red Bluff with care. They constantly keep me apprised of her condition.
