From the moment of admission, the staff demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and true compassion. The nurses, CNAs, and support staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity every single day. the administrator was hand on and Communication was always open and respectful — we were kept informed and involved in all aspects of care. The environment was consistently clean, organized, and welcoming, which gave our family peace of mind. It was clear that everyone at Troy Hills Center truly cares about their residents and treats them like family. We are especially thankful for the patience and warmth shown by the administrator during difficult times. We highly recommend Troy Hills Center Nursing Home to any family seeking a place where their loved one will receive not only excellent clinical care but also genuine compassion and respect.

From the moment I spoke to Barbara on the phone for the initial intake for my dad, I knew it was a good fit. My dad spent over 2 months at Troy Hills following a surgery and had a very good experience. My dad loved the physical therapists, nurses, and Barbara. Troy Hills has a personal touch. You’re not just a patient. They truly care about your progress and what is best for you. Thank you so much for the care you gave my dad. He has been in a few rehab facilities and the staff here is the best! Thank you!

My mom is in rehab at Troy Hills Center following an emergency hospitalization and I could not be happier with the care that she is receiving from the staff. The facility is and has been absolutely wonderful. She was not thrilled about having to go somewhere before coming back home, but she is very comfortable and being well taken care of by this facility. Going to visit is wonderful, everyone is welcoming and kind, and any concerns we might have about anything, including her progress, are heard and handled efficiently and effectively.

I came to Troy Hills Center for rehab services and I couldn't be happier. I'm walking and can't wait to go home. The food , the aids and all the staff were wonderful. I can't recommend Troy Hills Center enough. If you need sub-acute rehab, Troy Hills Center is for you! I want to thank each and everyone of you!! 🙂
