If you want to have your loved ones in the most caring hands- LIVIA is the place to send them. The staff and leadership team go above and beyond to ensure all patients and residents are safe happy and cared for. For example, Precious Ibe the director of sales and marketing consistently goes out of her way to make sure new admissions are treated like family. She has become not only a professional partner that I trust with the care of my patients but amazing friend that I’m so lucky to have made!

The Rehab , food and nursing staff were amazing. The staff especially Justin, Stephane, Maria and many more (Rehab)Virginia .,Uzoezi, Cathrine,( Nursing) Anthony (lifestyle).and Shalu kept me entertained and made sure all the help I needed I got. Last but not the Least Hailey, Clovis and Shanae helped me get better and get back home! My experience here has been wonderful! Thankfull to all that took care of me.

90% of the aides and nurses are uncaring, nasty and lazy. Several of them have no clue what they are doing. Always understaffed. Terrible attitudes. Food is either ok or terrible. Place is generally clean. Elevator has been broken for months. Go to Florham Park Rehab . So much better!

My Mom was here for sub acute and we had to pull her out of Livia because they are so short staffed. What little staff there was put themselves before their patients. My Mom sat in soiled diapers for hours pressing the call button was a joke. Nobody came for hours. Not only that there were days that jo food was delivered and when it was it was disgusting. I paid to have an aide privately to advocate for my Mom 8-8. I absolutely do not recommend Livia if you or your family member cannot advocate for themselves or are there for rehabilitation. Like my Mom was there to be able to get help to walk. She couldn’t walk and solely relied on staff to get her to a bathroom. Telling your patients you have a diaper on is unacceptable and degrading. Next up is reporting this facility to the state.

The staff on 2nd floor were uncaring and inattentive. one minute everyone was around and the next noone in site for help. One nurse insulted my friend who was staying there commenting on her weight. When i would approach a nurse they would not even acknowledge or look at me, or look up! It happened at desk on the second floor and when i would confront a nurse as if i was not even there! My friend would have to call me personally so I can call the front desk to get a nurse in her room. I also went to visit her one day and her main phone was off the hook. Beautiful facility horrible staff, except for Dominique she was very good. They do not care its a 9-5 for them.
