While the Signage is barely visible and I miss the entrance EVERY TIME, I’m sure it’s a zoning issue. With that said, the staff is Amazing, always super friendly and that means so very much! From the receptionist, maintenance, nursing team, office peeps - EVERYONE is on point and helpful! Recommended Facility!
Making the decision to place my husband in a nursing home was one of the hardest things that I have had to do. The staff at Chapel Manor eased my mind.... and I was not easy to deal with. My husband is not only well taken care of but loved! His eyes light up everytime he sees "his regulars" He makes it a point to show off "his ladies" to me. Thank you Chapel Manor!
The receptionist was very polite. I felt comfortable asking him the right procedure to use sign in. Thank you for your kindness.
Chapel Manor is more cleaner than the other place Ms. Margie was at, Staff seems more pleasant with a friendly smile. Thank you Chapel for taken good care of your Patients, they’re not just patients there people, could be there Family member in there and that’s how the treat them.
My mom stayed here from a few weeks in June of 2019. I had already knew this nursing home was crappy but we had no other choice because they were the only ones that Medicaid would pay for and had a bed available. My mom was there for therapy to start walking again after some surgeries. She also was supposed to have very frequent monitoring of her toes because they were turning black. They were supposed to make sure there was still a pulse. My mom was also undergoing radiation therapy. They never reported to her doctor that my mom had stopped eating once radiation was complete and they weren’t monitoring her toes regularly. Mom was taken back to hospital because she was declining by instead of getting better. This time after her hospital stay, I was able to find a better nursing home for her to go to. When I went back to get her belongings, a lot of her clothes were missing, her stylish chemo caps were taken, and her roommate was mysteriously moved. No one had any answers. They were horrible. And I really hope they get closed down and the ppl there get to go to better homes.
