I think I was judging Future Care mostly from the predisposition of what others were saying about the facility. My Mom is a patient their and my expectation of the care was from a negative perspective until today. My Mom was there for two weeks and today I had to change my perspective. A nurse named Meredith is an Angel, she was very professional and thorough, she made no excuses and her attitude reflected sincerity to resolve whatever the concern from every angle. Compared to some of the people that work there she exemplified what Healthcare us all about. She loves what she does and even wear one of the most sacred symbols to reflect what humanity is all about...kudos to thus lady. I see why she is what she say she is great job....215
I had a very positive experience with the staff at FutureCare - Old Court. They provided exceptional care to my grandmother during both of her stays, ensuring she was treated with compassion, dignity, and professionalism until her passing. While our family strongly believes in supporting loved ones at home whenever possible, we recognize that sometimes additional care is necessary. If ever faced with the need to utilize a nursing facility again, FutureCare - Old Court would be our first choice. Based on the quality of care we witnessed, we would feel confident entrusting them with the well-being of a loved one once more.
I was at a rehab in Futurecare Reistertown for hip replacement, I think Furecarecare-old court is better. I don't know just something's about the atmosphere! And it was exceptionally clean Fred Moore
I am somewhat disappointed in their service. They have a weekly menu posted for the residents to let them know what they will be getting for each meal. So far within a few days this has been altered and not for the good. They have given my family member a piece of sausage on a hot dog roll (didn't even fill up the roll), no condiments and a small cup of some sort of pasta salad. The meal was supposed to be Italian Marinated chicken, long grain & wild rice blend, butter beets, dinner roll and tapioca pudding. I wish I had taken a picture of what they served. Some people received a dry chicken salad sandwich. The evening supervisor was walking around trying to address all of the complaints by the residents the best she could. I called the following day to speak with the director to be made to leave a message and never contacted.
My Mother was taken there on April 16th of this year. The Care she received from the staff there was Extraordinary. The Nurses, the Assistants and the Physical therapy staff was wonderful. Her roommate was great and she was clean and well cared for. I would recommend this location to friends and family. Keep up the great work and God Bless 🙏😊👍.
