I would like to Thank all Fawncyne Worley, Allan and Tya and all the team for all the love and care they gave my Pop there at Arden place and for the beautiful arrangement they sent me after his passing. I couldn’t have had him in a better home. Much love to you all. Annetta

This was a horrible experience. The Arden place is deceiving. The photos on their website are nothing like the actual rooms. The first and only night I was there people were looking in my room peeping in and staring. That room also had multiple people in it with a mattress next to the people. I demanded my release the morning as I was not receiving any therapy which was why I went there to begin with. It was literally nauseating. If you care for your family, friends, or anyone DO NOT GO there. Property was not returned which I called about and “the note given to the laundry magically disappeared. A real slum hub. They unwillingly signed my release When they saw me leave with my friend and and reported me to adult protection services. Rating is -negative 100

Not a place that worked for my mom. Very unkept and stank horribly like urine. Phone calls were hardly ever answered. Nurses not there to help Mom to restroom. The admissions rep. never contacted me for paperwork. I do have to say that the caseworker named Andrea was great! She helped me a lot and was always there when I had questions.

This facility has been great for my mother! The nurses are very good about communicating with me if my mother has any needs. The attendants are so kind and thoughtful with Mom. And she loves the food! I’m so glad we found Arden Place!
