Quan was so wonderful to work with she didn’t drag her feet to get my aunt in there it was a pleasure to work with her, she is so friendly and nice, and I didn’t have to wait on her to call me and keep me informed she was there every time call and keeping us informed. And the rest of the staff is wonderful everyone there has been so nice, my aunt is shy and everyone made it easy for her she is interacting with everyone there I was so shocked to see how they take the time to interact with the patients, I was even feeling like I was at home. I will recommend Lake Moultrie nursing home to anyone, I felt so relieved to leave my aunt there and I left without having to worry about her. And the place is so clean, no smells, the staff starting with Quan works hard to made it easy on the patient and family. We have looked at other nursing homes and Lake Moultrie nursing home is a 1000 times better then any others we looked at.
My grandmother was here for a year and a half and she loved it there. The facility is so clean, cleaning smelling and the residents always looked well flgroomed and happy there. They have activities always going on the keep the people engaged and my goodness the staff is out if this world. It is a small nursing home with ample staff, but that is what gives it that family /homie feeling.
Well I’m glad Quan or whomever helped that lady in the nursing home My husband has called her too many times. Has NEVER called him back.
I put my mom.at this facility,it was my worst mistake, didn't do my homework, this place, the workers (Caregivers)CNA,are lazy,,,my mom got bedsores, lack of not turning her,she end up dieing, wish I keep her at home, even thru I had to work,,not old enough to retire,,but Lake moultrie is not a good home for your love one,you have to go check on your one everyday if you can, want recommend this place for no human being,,,it's so sad,,they don't even make sure these old folks get a drink of water,,very sad,but there gonna get old as well,,be mindful, how you take care of elderly people, cuz someone will have to takecare of you,or your mother,/father/Aunt/uncle,/brother/sister 🙏🙏🙏,,,I treat elderly people how I want to be treated when I get old,,,,,,
