We were invited up to partake in a volunteer appreciation luncheon provided by the staff of Genesis that Center. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. We would like to thank the staff so much for showing their appreciation to us volunteers.
Salem Center took amazing care of my mother and father. The staff were very kind, caring, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my parents feel at home and they attended to their every need. I am truly grateful for everything the Salem Center did for my parents and all the support they gave myself and my sister.
My father is currently a resident at Salem Center. The staff takes very good care of him. They are kind and considerate. His physical abilty has progressed because of the physical therapy and personal care he is receiving. The staff is encouraging and respectful of him. I am grateful that they have made both my father and my adjustment to a difficult situation easier than expected.
All of the staff between nursing, housekeeping, kitchen, therapy and management staff have been all wonderful to me. As busy as they are when they come in my door they act like I'm the only patient they got to take care for the day! I feel much stronger than before and I can't thank them enough! I highly recommend SALEM center who is in need of skilled nursing, rehabilitation or long term nursing care.
Staff is very polite and thehome is clean and better than i have seen in awhile
