This facility should be investigated and shut down. It’s run by disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly unhappy and rude staff who show zero compassion for their patients. Walking in feels like stepping into chaos, employees stand around gossiping, laughing, and chatting while emergency call lights go unanswered. My grandmother repeatedly pressed her emergency button for help, and no one came on several different occasions. She was given the wrong medication, and when she politely asked for help to use the restroom, a staff member told her, “You can’t do it yourself?” Of course she can’t THAT’S WHY SHE WAS THERE — she was there trying to recover from a broken hip and surgery, needing care and assistance. This facility is dehumanizing and genuinely unsafe for patients, especially those without family to advocate for them. In just a couple of weeks, the number of incidents we witnessed was shocking and unacceptable. What kind of medical facility allows this? Why is it still operating? Why has nothing been done to protect these vulnerable patients? Please think twice before sending your loved one here!! No one deserves to be treated the way my grandmother was.

Do not send a loved one to this facility, they have no compassion very unprofessional and when there is an issue anna tried to make you feel like everything is ok when it is not .after my mom had been there for about 3 weeks after a hip surgery there was no improvements she just layed there in bed feeling depressed. This place needs more people who love what they do not make patients feel like they are a burden it was a very sad place for my mother to be at a time when she needed help the most.there is only one person that I'd like to thank for going over and beyond for my mother doing things for her that we're not his job and his name is Daley ,he's a very compassionate young man I hope you find a job at a better facility.

There aren't even a whole lot of words I would want to waste on this place my mom was denied basic human needs and the nursing staff, worthless. The basic needs that she was denied was to have her pants put on when she was cold or to be brought a blanket or to be taken to the bathroom. Inever thought I would worry so much about my mom but every night I'm tossing and turning all night wondering what my mom will tell me the following day. This place is causing myself and my sis a lot of stress. DO BETTER MEDICAL CENTER!!!
