I have been here almost 3 years. Staff is nice and housekeeping does the best that they can. When I had my party it was spotless in there. The food can improve but they have some outstanding meals too. I also have a lot friends here.
Unless you have lots of money, you are never going to find perfect care facility. My mother recently become a resident of the Memory Care Unit. At first I wasn't sure of what to expect but now after her being there for 2 and a half months I can breath easier. The staff in the unit are amazing. They keep the residents busy with activities which helps with the transition of being independent people to needing care 24/7. When ever I go in to see my mother I make sure I thank all the staff I see, they are doing a wonderful job, a job that most people could never do. Thank You and I appreciate all you do.
My mother’s things are always missing. Clothes, doll, food. She isn’t attended to well. They never allow them in the outside air. My mother lost weight (60lbs) for lack of feeding her. Rarely has drinks. I only give it 2 stars because I can only name two people that actually care there. Stay away of you can.
My grandmother enjoyed the facility even though she had problems walking, standing, diabetes associated problems. She has made a full recovery and is excited for the road ahead and will miss those who helped her daily. Food great, laundry, and other services great Thank you team for the support
Had my second visit to my dear dear friend! Haven’t seen her in 3 years due to my own illness! Now that I am better I will be visiting her every two weeks! Everyone has been very friendly! The staff didn’t mind me asking stupid question! I enjoyed taking my friend outside ( permission and someone letting us out ) I had some quality time with my friend outside because being outside is her happy place, I feel it’s the least I can do for her! Happy with the staff and the security!
