100% recommend!!! All of the staff was nice and professional. They work as a team to ensure you are safe and cared for. I had back surgery and needed extended care after.....around the clock IV antibiotics. Not only my care but how they cared for others. All on a high professional level. Letting patients hangout with them in the nursing station so they fealt better...less alone/scared. Always down to help and trafe smiles. Good meals. Nice clean building. Great outside area. If you or your family need help threw a tough time. Give Eden Valley your trust. And they will try 110% to do their best. Much love to my friends there. Thank you!!!

Nice facility , but they do not accept outside patients for physical therapy . The front desk lady did not let me finish talking when she shut me down saying they do not take out side patients with prescription.... she was eating at the front desk and she talked to me while she was eating .. to me it looked like she was in a hurry to get me out of there so she could continue eating ... very unprofesional .. 👎🏼👎🏼

Horrible experience trying to relocate my mom to this facility. Based on their Medicare ratings, I reached out over two years ago and placed my mom on their waitlist to transfer from Sacramento area to be closer to where I live in Monterey County. I called frequently to see if she was still on the list. Over time, every staff member I spoke with was gone and I was told they were having staffing issues. Fast forward to last month. I was contacted repeatedly about openings and asked to hurry and get paperwork from my mom's current facility. I did, only to never hear from Eden Valley Care Center again! I followed up several times and finally reached someone in social services, who told me my mom's application was not accepted. No reason given. No follow up call letting me know. Rebecca, the Director of Nursing, probably has 5 messages from me requesting a call back to understand what happened so I can address the concerns with other facilities. She has yet to return a call. If this lack of follow up is indicative of the care residents receive, I would never recommend moving a loved one here. So much for compassionate elder care and basic follow through. Posting this review on Medicare as well.

My father has been at Eden Valley a month so far, and nothing but good things to say about their staff, the facility, and the organization. Professionally run, caring people, very impressive. Highly recommended.
