My knee replacement was a fabulous experience from start to finish. The pre-op preparation was thorough and helpful. I came into to the surgery fully prepared. Surgery day was amazing. The nurses and doctors were kind, I’m competent and an absolute delight to work with. They did such a great job that I’ve had very little post-op pain and stated exceeding motion goals after two days. I can not find enough good things to say about them.
We recently gave birth at DCMC and I just wanted to say that our level of care was outstanding! I don’t think I’ve ever received such high quality care before. Throughout the entire pregnancy, Dr. Gaida, the Women’s Center staff, and all the L&D staff were AMAZING! We felt incredibly well cared for before, during, and after giving birth. If you’re concerned at all about doctoring or giving birth with DCMC, don’t be. We had an amazing experience and would recommend going there to every pregnant person I know. Everyone there was incredibly caring, attentive, supportive, and approachable.
Had my annual lab and wellness exam with Dr. Reitz and nurse Jennifer. Very professional, friendly, and informative. Took more than enough time to listen and explain everything. DCMC is the best.
Everyone we encountered from the receptionist doing our in-take, the nurse, and the PA (Shannan!) gave us top-notch care! No one wants to go to urgent care on vacation, but these ladies made it a pleasant experience with their professionalism and pleasant conversation. Our son had a deep laceration, and Shannan, the PA, thoroughly explained all of our options for care and made sure we were well-informed. We left feeling confident our son had been well taken care of and we had all the information and supplies needed to continue caring for him until he’s healed up. And we must have hit it at just the right time because we were in and out in short order! Thank you so much for the excellent care!
Another great experience with Dr Gaida and staff! The whole team from Kim and Robin up front, to Sam, bone density technician and all of the nursing staff focus on providing the most friendly, compassionate care! And Dr Gaida is a one-of-a-kind clinician that truly cares about a woman's complete health! Thank you all for all you do! You make a difference!
