Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
Under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring a positive Hospital/Skilled Nursing Facility experience for patient/residents, their family members and visitors of the hospital, including the service functions of food services, and housekeeping. The CNA performs specific, supportive nursing services, patient care, and assists nursing personnel under the direct supervision of the registered nurse. Must be self-efficient in dealing with decision making. Must be able to manage time, pressure and deadlines in a positive fashion, and be able to respond appropriately. Education: Graduate of Nursing Assistant training program. Must be listed in Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry. Experience: Two years experience preferred. Certifications: CPR Certification required. Shift: Working 32-40 hours a week on the PM shift with rotating weekends.
