★☆☆☆☆ Negligent and Unacceptable Care My father was at Mountain View Rehab Center, and the experience was absolutely horrifying. We repeatedly told the staff that something was wrong with him, but they ignored our concerns and dismissed us completely. It wasn’t until he vomited twice—and we insisted again that something was seriously wrong—that they finally decided to call an ambulance. By that point, his condition had worsened so badly that he had to be rushed back to the ICU. This could have been prevented if they had just listened and acted earlier. The lack of attention, urgency, and basic compassion was shocking. This place failed our family in a major way, and I would not recommend trusting them with the care of a loved one.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed and Heartbroken My grandfather was admitted to Mountain View Rehab Center, and it was the worst decision we could’ve made for his care. From the start, we raised concerns that something wasn’t right with his health, but the staff repeatedly dismissed us. They showed a complete lack of urgency and attention, brushing off our worries as if we didn’t know our own family member. It wasn’t until he vomited twice that they finally took action—but by then, it was too late. He had to be rushed back to the ICU, and his condition could have been prevented if they had simply listened and acted sooner. This facility failed him. I wouldn’t trust them with the care of anyone I love again. No family should have to go through what we did.

This is THE BEST Nursing Facility I’ve ever seen in the Entire California, I would give this Facility a 5 STAR🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we are so grateful for the outstanding care provided at this facility. April the night shift Nurse goes above and beyond every day—her compassion and professionalism truly stand out. Teresa is hands-down the best CNA we’ve encountered, always kind, attentive, and full of warmth. Karima The Supervisor, shows exceptional attention to detail and is clearly dedicated to supporting both her staff and the residents. And Christine is incredibly dependable, always punctual and consistently checking in on our loved one with genuine care. This team gives us peace of mind, and we can’t thank them enough❤️❤️❤️ We also had an exceptional experience at Mountain View Convalescent Rehabilitation Department. Karl, the Physical Therapist, stands out as an exemplary professional. His expertise, dedication, and outstanding work ethic are evident in every aspect of his care. Karl truly goes above and beyond for his patients and is highly deserving of recognition—and he even deserves a promotion. Without a doubt, a well-earned 5-star rating for Karl! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would give this place zero stars if that were possible. If you thinking of using this place for an elderly loved one, RUN! Horrific service and staff. My mom was there for 10 days of hell - they discharged her when the insurance did not recommended a discharge. She had so many infections from never being cleaned and taken care of. If my mom Needed care, she would literally lay in bed for hours on end with no response from any caretakers. I would do most of the care and cleaning when I was visiting. She was immediately admitted back into the hospital the very night she was discharged and got home. She had dangerous kidney bloodwork which was never checked in the care of Mountain View. I can’t express how much you need to stay away from this hellhole of a “skilled nursing facility”- in addition to not caring for my mom, they stole her items daily… wet wipes, clothes, blankets etc. literally stole about a dozen packs of wet wipes in a 1 week span.
