Thoughtfully designed place for seniors. Spacious one bedroom apartment with full kitchen but can also dine with others in the community dining room. Caring attendants for those with health needs. Lovely artwork all around. Valet parking.

Terribly located facility given what it is, and it helped facilitate the deterioration of a vibrant young community that enjoyed music and gatherings in a classic and meaningful location. It's a shame that Tempe would rather continue to implement disruptive high-rise buildings and shameless corporate interests downtown than to protect and maintain its local businesses and community.

Community is beautiful but a challenge to navigate to the parking garage. There was road construction going on in front of the building and no signs to help locate the parking garage. I work with a placement agency and since I had not been receiving any call backs from voicemails I have repeatedly left for the sales team, I decided to go in to introduce myself. When I located the sales office, I asked the young lady in the office if she was the Sales Director. She simply said no. I then asked if there was a Sales Director I could speak with and she recommended I just drop off my business card at the concierge desk. She didn’t point out where the concierge desk was, what her Sales Director’s name was, or even offer to schedule an appointment. She stated she was with their marketing team. It would have been great if she could have offered to schedule a tour since I could help promote her community. I went to the concierge desk, the lady behind the desk was very friendly and helpful and placed my brochures in the mailbox for their Wellness Director as my company also provides home care and companion services. While I was at the building I left another voicemail for the Sales Director and the Wellness Director hoping I could personally meet with one of them. That was over a week ago and still no returned phone call. Not very inviting.

Disappointed that a residential community for a niche demographic that doesn't appreciate the mill college town vibe is forcing long time establishments to close and putting young people out of work, as well as alienating a music community. If you decide to build a residential community next to an outdoor music venue, it's your responsibility to inform your residents of the possibility of the noise possibility. The most upsetting piece of all of this, is that is a retirement community! Why would you set up next to a music venue?! This demographic is not the demographic the area was built, and they ruining the college experience for all the actual young students that the area was made for. Shameful.

After a sudden and traumatic accident that required extensive medical attention, I transitioned from acute to subacute care at Mirabella at ASU’s short-term care facility. From the moment I arrived, I was embraced by a compassionate and professional care team—including skilled nurses, CNAs, therapists, nutritionists, a case manager, and an activity director—all working together to support my physical, emotional, mental, and nutritional healing. In just two weeks, I regained essential functions and, most importantly, rediscovered my self-confidence. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the staff exudes positivity, encouragement, and genuine warmth. Each patient enjoys the privacy of their own room with a full bathroom, and the peaceful garden area offers a refreshing space for morning stretches, light exercise, or simply relaxing under the open sky. What makes this place even more special is its commitment to cultural sensitivity. Staff members speak multiple World Languages, including Spanish, German, and French, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. There’s a wonderful sense of community—whether it’s sharing a kind word with another patient, exercising together, enjoying a movie, or playing a game—while patient privacy is always respected. I am deeply grateful to everyone at Mirabella at ASU for being part of my healing journey. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone in need of a restorative pause for healing or to those seeking high-quality, short-term care for a loved one. As part of a larger, comprehensive healthcare system, Mirabella at ASU truly stands out for its excellence and heart. Herzlichen Dank! A heartfelt thank you to all on the 2nd floor; your hearts are shining! Dr. Petra S.-R.
