Laurel Ridge will always hold a special place in my heart. They went above and beyond for my grandma, treating her with the same love and care they’d give their own family. Every time I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness. The staff kept us updated and made sure we always felt included in her care. Knowing she was surrounded by people who truly cared brought us so much peace. I can’t thank Laurel Ridge enough for the compassion and comfort they gave our family during such an important time.

Small facility so more direct care is a bonus! Staff is amazing and most have worked here for 10+ years. Everyone acts as a family and treats their residents as such. Facility is always clean and smells good!

The facility is a nursing home, caring for people ranging from all types of assessments. It is well run with appropriate staffing. Has activities acclimated to patients to enjoy their days. Everyone has their views but I feel this is a well run, clean, and safe environment to reside for a stay.

It is a very nice small family oriented building. Even though it only has 61 beds you really get to know the staff because its small. It is so clean and kept nice, very impressive!

If i could give no stars i absolutely would. Every nurse here besides very few always have a terrible attitude and are straight rude and snappy with patients as well as their families. My father’s catheter bag was overfilling more than once i’ve had to say something and was met with a nasty attitude. They brought his food multiple times and left, returned and took the tray, knowing my father was unable to use his arms or hands and could not feed himself, same done with medications. He had a bed sore not being treated properly and was transferred to the Er— THANK GOD. And thankfully will NOT be returning. We just said goodbye to my grandmother in law thanks to their neglect as well. Thank god my dad is out of there, this place needs SHUT DOWN.
