The staff at this nursing home are truly caring and attentive. They treat every resident with kindness, patience, and respect. The facility is always clean and well-organized, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. I’ve seen how dedicated the nurses and CNAs are to making sure residents are safe and happy every day. Communication with families is great too — they keep everyone informed and involved in care decisions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.
When looking at the building from the outside,it appears old and smelly. After I entered the facility, I was amazed how clean it was and surprisingly the staff was nice and professional. I had a tour given by Ms. Tiffany Boyd in Admissions and she is phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable in her position. As we walked through the facility the staff and patients were very friendly. The building was clean and didn't have any unpleasant odors. Ms. Boyd answered all of my questions and concerns geared to what I need for my family member. Overall I was very impressed. Thank You Ms. Tiffany Boyd for the amazing tour of your facility.
