My father spent a few weeks in this facility till he passed. I was quite happy with the service provided and the care he received. The staff kept the room clean and the food was pretty good. What I loved about this place was the attention my father received from the nurses and staff. They were always attentive and ensured he was bathed and his linens changed daily. Whenever we needed them, they were there for us to help us. My sisters and I appreciate all their efforts and assistance in what was a difficult time for us and my father. Thank you!

My brother was here a couple of years ago. He has mental health issues. They weren't understanding or nice to him. To me, they made fun of him. So sad! I hope those workers no longer work here.

This is an extremely difficult review to write. My mother passed away back in February 2024 in this facility. In the begining just some minor things. Nothing to be alarmed about. As time went on and my mothers health started deteriorating thats when things got bad. Most of the nurses were wonderful and I could tell which ones cared for my mother as if she was their mother. We got to a point where she needed to go on Hospice. The hospice staff were fine. My mother started falling out of bed. They suggested that we move her closer to the nurses station, which I was fine with. After that initial move they took it upon themselves to move her several more time, always telling me its for her saftey.... in the several times she moved, each room she went into she had less and less of her belongings. Anytime I would try to speak to the Front office staff they were rude and nasty with me. A few days before Christmas they had an outbreak of scabies, they had to clean out all the paitents rooms. When we came to visit her on Christmas day she was naked in her bed with a sheet covering her. At one point Greenwood tried to get me to change the company they recommend for her hospice care. Saying this other company was better... with no real explanation. When my mom did pass, they literally threw all of her belongs (not clothes) into a garbage bag. So much stuff was broken and missing. I wish I had took pictures but was so upset I didn't think of it. When I went through the bags her dentures were not in there. I called them so I could get them ( I know this is weird to ask for your loved ones dentures) and was told sorry they can't find them and there is nothing they can do. How do you lose someones dentures? Overall I had an extremely traumatic experience with Greenwood.

The nursing care is fine, but the kitchen and dietary department have no regard for special diets, like Type 2 Diabetes. I am currently a patient and have spoken to every person since i was admitted 2 weeks, and either I am fed lettuce and tomatoes or spaghetti. So frustrated. I need protein and healthy vegetables, not carbs. I was readmitted in September, and the dietary situation is worse! The attached photo is just one example of how poor the meals are. This is what I was fed for dinner on a Sunday.

I'm pleased with my visit. My friend seemed comfortable in the help your giving him. The room was clean. His nurse was friendly and understanding with my concerns. Everyone was friendly. It was a good experience for me knowing he is being cared for. Thank you for the good impact I received knowing he's safe and in no pain.. Divad
