I have nothing but good things to say about the Friendly Home and all the staff... My significant other was in for rehab. They were thoughtful, helpful and treated us like family... They should be called the family home because that's the way they made us feel ... Heather, the nurse for north wing was instrumental on getting my significant other to eat, to walk, giving the inspiration that was needed to make this happen.... Nicole and Jessica were both instrumental as well including the OT and PT staff... Mary was wonderful to deal with calling the house after discharge and making sure we were all right.. Highly recommended if you need their services!

I stayed at the friendly home after my knee surgery for a little bit while I recovered and everyone was very nice. Any time I needed anything the staff was there and got it for me right away. Also the food was pretty decent too. Thank you to everyone who helped me after my surgery!!!
The Friendly Home in Woonsocket was wonderful to me and my family. I needed physical, occupational therapy and nursing care after a three week hospital stay. The nursing staff and the CNA'S at the Friendly Home were excellent and right when you ring the bell they assist you with whatever it is you need. Physical therapy had me up every day using the step bike, and moving and walking, even taking me outside to sit on the nice days. Occupational Therapy was there every morning to assist with washing and dressing and helping me in the shower. Occupational Therapy also had me working on balance, and assisting with the walker. The food was excellent and you always got to pick your meals. My only complaint is the TV'S are very small, no sports channels, and if I had a roommate neither of us would have been able to hear the TV'S because there are no ear buds or speakers. Other than that, the Friendly Home was top notch for care, and everything else you might need. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs care after a hospital stay. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I do, The Friendly Home would be my first choice.
My mother is so happy here and treated with earnest respect and kindness by the staff. That’s all I can ask for at this stage of her life. For her to be happy, comfortable, and safe. The staff is so sweet. She told me she loves them all :’)
